Parke died on Feb. 18 after police were called to reports of an unconscious man at Lincoln Plaza in the Canary Wharf area of London, according to E! News. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
London’s Metropolitan Police said his death is being treated as unexplained and remains under investigation. Officers are reviewing information suggesting Parke may have been undergoing a cosmetic procedure before he died.
A 43-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter on Feb. 20. They have since been released on bail while investigations continue.
Parke became known for spending an estimated $150,000 on cosmetic procedures to resemble Kim Kardashian, whom he once called “the most gorgeous woman ever.” In a 2014 interview with The Sun, he described his look as being “all about the shock factor” and said he welcomed the attention and criticism.
Calling himself the “Lip King,” Parke said he had no regrets about his surgeries and did not aim for a natural appearance.
In 2024, Parke faced legal trouble when he was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following the death of a woman who underwent a procedure at a clinic he co-owned. He was not charged in that case.
Police said the investigation into Parke’s death is ongoing.
