Kris Jenner Says Ray J Has ‘Terrorized’ Kim Kardashian for Years in Defamation Case

Kris Jenner says Ray J has made her daughter Kim Kardashian’s life “hell” for nearly 20 years — and now she wants him held accountable in court.

In a new declaration filed in her ongoing defamation lawsuit against Ray J, Kris accuses him of making “outrageous and untrue” claims that she and Kim were under federal investigation. She strongly denies the allegations, saying neither she nor her daughter has ever been accused or charged with a crime.

“To say that my daughter and I are being pursued for doing something worse than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a horrific lie,” Kris wrote in the filing.

Kris said Kim only dated Ray J for a short time, but claims he has continued to speak about her publicly for years. She accused him of “continually talking, and lying” about Kim in an effort to stay relevant.

According to Kris, each time Ray J makes public comments about the family, it sparks a “wave of attention” and renewed scrutiny. She described it as “extremely difficult” to watch Kim deal with what she called a repeated cycle of harassment.

Kris also said Ray J’s recent statements have caused her “significant emotional distress.” She added that she fears the allegations could damage the business empire she has built over decades.

“My family is of the utmost importance to me,” she wrote. “It is deeply painful to watch my daughter experience the stress brought upon her.”

Kris noted that she has never sued anyone for defamation before, but said Ray J’s comments crossed a line.

“I took this step because I could no longer bear his campaign of harassment against my daughter and my family,” she wrote.

Kim Kardashian also filed her own declaration in the case. She said she was concerned Ray J’s claims could harm her reputation and derail her long-term goal of becoming a lawyer.

The legal battle between the former couple continues.
