Aaron’s mother, Patricia Phypers, recently launched a GoFundMe campaign, saying her family has been left with nowhere to go after a court ruled in favor of the landlord and ordered the property vacated.
In an emotional message, Patricia described herself as a grandmother “begging for justice” and help for her son, claiming he has been ruined by false accusations and powerful forces. She said the hardest part for Aaron, 53, has been losing contact with Eloise Richards, the 14-year-old daughter Richards adopted before her relationship with him.
Patricia wrote that Eloise was “their light” and said the girl adored Aaron, who is now fighting for custody. Aaron has claimed he raised Eloise as his own and has accused Richards of failing to file adoption paperwork — an allegation Richards has not publicly addressed.
Patricia also alleged she stepped in to help when Richards needed support, saying she spent her pension caring for dozens of animals and helping manage the household while Richards traveled. She claimed she looked after Eloise for weeks and provided stability during that time.
According to Patricia, Aaron supported the entire household before being cut off financially and left with no income, no home, and limited ability to defend himself in court. She said her pension money is now gone and that the family has run out of options.
“Please — if you have ever loved a child or grandchild — help my son fight for the truth and for Eloise,” she wrote, signing the message, “With a breaking heart.”
As of Jan. 2, the fundraiser had raised just over $1,300.
The plea comes after a judge ordered Aaron and Richards to vacate their Calabasas, California, home last week for allegedly failing to pay about $84,000 in rent. Richards has not been living in the house amid her ongoing divorce from Aaron, which he filed in July after six years of marriage.
In November, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was granted a permanent restraining order against Aaron after accusing him of abuse during their marriage. Aaron has denied the claims.
He later filed court papers asking for an emergency hearing in his spousal support case, arguing he was at risk of becoming homeless and needed access to shared funds.
Richards adopted Eloise in 2011 and also shares two adult daughters, Sami and Lola, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, to whom she was married from 2002 to 2006.
The legal battle between Richards and Phypers continues, with custody, finances, and housing all still in dispute.
