Bad Bunny wipes Instagram clean after Super Bowl halftime triumph

Bad Bunny surprised fans by deleting all posts from his Instagram account just hours after delivering the biggest performance of his career at the Super Bowl LX halftime show.

On Monday, followers who visited Instagram saw that the Puerto Rican superstar’s account had been completely cleared — no photos, no profile picture, and no followed accounts. The page now shows part of his real name, Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, along with a link to his album site, Debí Tirar Más Fotos.

The move sparked speculation, though no official explanation was given. Artists often reset their social media before announcing new projects, but Bad Bunny is already touring worldwide through July.

The 31-year-old artist from Bayamón rose from posting demos on SoundCloud to becoming one of the most streamed musicians in the world. His Super Bowl halftime show — featuring vibrant visuals, celebrity cameos, and surprise musical guests — drew an estimated 128 million viewers and became one of the most watched performances in recent TV history.

Despite some political backlash, the performance was widely praised, further cementing Bad Bunny’s status as a global music powerhouse.
