During the Wednesday, Jan. 7 episode of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, the 41-year-old reality star answered fan questions, including one about what she eats in a typical day. Her response was refreshingly honest.
“I don’t think anyone believes me,” Kardashian joked, before explaining that she’s “not the best eater.” While she says she eats “fine,” she describes herself as a big snacker who prefers grazing throughout the day rather than sitting down for structured meals.
Kardashian also shared that her taste buds lean more kid-friendly than gourmet. She said she enjoys fried foods, pasta, and items from the kids’ menu, adding that she doesn’t have a “worldly” palate. For her, balance is key.
“I would rather just kick my ass in the gym,” she said, explaining that she believes enjoying food and working out can coexist.
The Good American founder has previously spoken about her eating habits and how they led to the creation of her protein brand, Khloud. In a July 2025 episode of her podcast, Kardashian admitted she has always loved junk food and never followed a strict diet — even while working out consistently.
Despite her dedication to the gym, she noticed she wasn’t building muscle. That’s when she realized protein was missing from her routine.
Over time, Kardashian began increasing her protein intake but struggled to find snacks she trusted. She said many protein products tasted “artificial and chalky” or had ingredient lists she didn’t feel good about.
“I needed it to taste good,” she explained. “Taste comes first for me.”
Kardashian said her long-term vision for Khloud is to expand beyond protein snacks into items like chips, crackers, cookies, and cakes — all designed to satisfy cravings without forcing people to sacrifice flavor or their health goals.
For Kardashian, the message is simple: enjoying food, honoring cravings, and staying active don’t have to be at odds. It’s all about finding a balance that actually works.
