Finn Wolfhard and Natalia Dyer Look Back on Stranger Things Days Over Homemade Pizza

Finn Wolfhard and Natalia Dyer are feeling nostalgic as their hit show Stranger Things reaches its final chapter.

The longtime co-stars recently sat down with New York Times Cooking, where they answered fan questions while making homemade pizza. The fun conversation gave fans a rare look at what life was really like behind the scenes during nearly a decade of filming.

When asked about food that reminds them of being on set, Wolfhard didn’t hesitate. He said doughnuts and chicken wings were everywhere. Dyer quickly added that the chocolate chip cookies from catering were a favorite. Wolfhard joked that the food started out healthy at first, but after months of filming, it turned into kid snacks like Danimals.

Wolfhard also shared a funny memory from when he was 13 and filming during Lent. He told a crew member he was giving up sugar, only to be caught eating sour Skittles about 30 minutes later. Even then, temptations on set were hard to resist.

As the Stranger Things journey comes to an end, executive producer and director Shawn Levy has high praise for the final episode. He recently described the series finale as a “masterpiece,” promising fans an ending that is both surprising and emotionally rewarding.

In an interview with People, Levy said the finale delivers everything viewers have been waiting for after following the story for nearly ten years.

Volumes 1 and 2 of Stranger Things Season 5, including the final episode, are now streaming on Netflix, marking the end of one of television’s most beloved series.
