The claims appear in a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse, a former business partner of Priscilla Presley, who is currently suing Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract. While the case itself centers on business disputes, the newly filed documents include dramatic allegations involving private family matters that have stunned Hollywood watchers.
According to Kruse, Michael Lockwood — Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband — told her that Kelly Preston was unable to bear children using her own eggs. Kruse claims John Travolta and Preston had previously attempted to conceive using Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs but later decided against it. The legal filing alleges they did not want to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want “eggs with heroin” on them.
The documents state it is unclear whether Lisa Marie’s eggs ever resulted in a child. However, Kruse alleges a deal was later arranged in which Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s daughter, agreed to provide her eggs so that Kelly Preston could carry the pregnancy. That child, Kruse claims, is Ben Travolta, who is now 15 years old.
Kruse further claims that Riley Keough was compensated for the arrangement with an old Jaguar and a payment ranging between $10,000 and $20,000.
The filing also includes allegations about Michael Lockwood’s financial struggles. Kruse claims Lockwood told her he was so desperate for money that he had resorted to eating “dog food” and wanted to use the alleged secret involving Travolta to push for a settlement that would benefit himself and his daughters. According to Kruse, Lockwood repeatedly said that John Travolta “needed to help salvage his career” amid sexual assault allegations made by other men.
Included in the court documents are a handwritten note referencing “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby.” The filing also cites a text exchange in which Ben Travolta is allegedly referred to as Priscilla Presley’s “beautiful great-grandson.”
Priscilla Presley’s legal team has strongly pushed back against the allegations. Attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman called the claims “outrageous” and accused Kruse and her associates of crossing ethical lines to cause further pain to Presley and her family. They said the new allegations have nothing to do with the actual legal issues in the case and vowed the matter will be addressed in court.
Singer and Harman also pointed out that Kruse and her associates have already lost multiple motions in the case and are now on their fourth set of attorneys.
On the other side, Jordan Matthews of Holtz Matthews LLP defended Kruse and Kevin Fialko, saying they were “heartbroken” to have been forced to file the amended complaint. Matthews said the lawsuit is meant to reveal the truth, correct the record, and show that his clients acted in good faith while trying to bring stability to the Presley family.
The legal battle comes after Priscilla Presley sued Kruse and her business associates last year, accusing them of fraud and elder abuse. Kruse has denied those claims.
As the case continues to unfold, the allegations have added a sensational new chapter to the ongoing legal war surrounding one of America’s most famous families.
