Diddy Gets Christmas Visit From Son Justin While Serving Prison Sentence

Sean “Diddy” Combs spent Christmas Day behind bars this year, but he wasn’t completely alone. The music mogul received a meaningful visit from his son, Justin Combs, while incarcerated at Fort Dix Prison in New Jersey.

According to Diddy’s representative, Juda Engelmayer, Justin visited his father on Christmas Day, marking Diddy’s second holiday spent in custody. The two reportedly spent time talking and catching up on life. Their conversation focused on how to navigate this difficult period, the importance of prayer, appreciating loved ones, and reflecting on the past with a commitment to do better moving forward.

There were no wrapped presents exchanged during the visit, as prison rules do not allow physical gifts. Still, the visit itself was described as a positive and grounding moment for both father and son.

Later in the day, Diddy continued reflecting on the holiday by participating in a private, inmate-led Christmas mass inside the facility. Engelmayer said the gathering allowed Diddy and several other inmates to spend time in quiet reflection.

The family visit came just one day after Diddy and his legal team filed new court documents challenging his 50-month sentence. The sentence was handed down by Judge Arun Subramanian following Diddy’s convictions on two counts of violating the Mann Act, which involves transporting individuals across state lines for the purpose of prostitution.

Diddy has consistently denied wrongdoing and maintains that he is innocent. In his latest legal filings, he argues that he did not personally pay for or arrange travel for male prostitutes, and therefore did not violate the Mann Act. His team is pushing for the sentence to be overturned or, at minimum, reduced.

The Bad Boy Records founder was first taken into custody in September 2024 after a grand jury indicted him on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He remained detained throughout his trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.

On October 30, he was transferred to Fort Dix Prison to officially begin serving his sentence. As his legal battle continues, Diddy appears to be leaning on family, faith, and reflection as he navigates life behind bars.
