Ava Johnson criticizes Trump and ICE after leaving WWE

Ava Johnson, the daughter of Dwayne Johnson, has spoken out against President Donald Trump and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) following her exit from WWE.

Ava, whose real name is Simone Alexandra Garcia Johnson, shared a strong message on X on Sunday, February 1. In her post, she said that now she is no longer under contract, she feels free to speak openly about her views. Her message criticized both ICE and the current administration.

The post came just days after Ava announced that she would not renew her WWE contract, which had recently expired. She had been signed with the company since 2020 and made her in-ring debut on April 1, 2023, at the NXT Stand & Deliver event.

Ava is the eldest child of Johnson and his first wife, Dany Garcia. Johnson also has two younger daughters, Jasmine and Tiana, with his wife, Lauren Hashian, whom he married in 2019.

Following in her father’s footsteps, Ava joined WWE in February 2020. She originally performed under the ring name Ava Raine before later shortening it to Ava.
