Kendall Jenner Shuts Down Plastic Surgery Rumors: “I’ve Never Had Any Work Done”

Kendall Jenner is setting the record straight about her looks.

The 30-year-old model appeared on the In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele podcast on Jan. 9 and addressed long-running online speculation that she’s had extensive cosmetic work.

“When a person on the internet wants to believe something, there’s no convincing them otherwise,” Jenner said. “There’s a whole world online that thinks I’ve had full facial reconstruction.”

She then made her position crystal clear: Jenner says she has never had plastic surgery on her face, including the rumored nose job. “I’ve never had any work done,” she said, adding that she understands why people might think otherwise—“I would believe them if it wasn’t me.”

Jenner did acknowledge that her nose appears slimmer than it did years ago, but she credits that change to acne medication she used during a flare-up around 2021. The treatment can reduce oil production and inflammation, which can make the nose look less puffy—without changing its actual structure.

While she denies surgery, Jenner was open about a few minor treatments. She said she’s tried “baby Botox” in her forehead twice but later realized she prefers her natural look. She’s also done PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatments and microneedling.

The The Kardashians star also spoke out against a social media trend where professional surgeons publicly speculate about celebrities’ alleged enhancements. Jenner called the practice “damaging,” especially for young people who might feel pressured to change their appearance.

She admitted that fame doesn’t make insecurities disappear. “I’m only human,” Jenner said. “I want to give myself grace every day for the things that might bother me.” Still, she added that getting older has helped her care less about criticism.

Jenner comes from a family known for being open about beauty transformations. In 2025, her mom and sisters shared details about their own cosmetic procedures, which has often fueled assumptions about her as well.

Her comments also follow a recent conversation from her close friend Hailey Bieber, who discussed beauty choices on a podcast. The Rhode founder said she plans to wait until her 30s before even considering Botox—if she decides she wants it at all.

For Jenner, the message is simple: rumors may be loud, but she’s comfortable standing by her truth—and giving herself a little more grace along the way.
