The singer turned 47 on Sunday, Dec. 28, and celebrated with a playful family outing to the Sloomoo Institute, a popular slime experience in New York City. Joining him were his wife, Chrissy Teigen, and their four children.
In a fun-filled post shared on Instagram, Teigen showed the family enjoying the colorful slime attractions together. The couple brought along daughters Luna Simone, 9, and Esti Maxine, 2, as well as sons Miles Theodore, 7, and Wren Alexander, 2.
“One last thing before we leave NYC 🥹 we love you @sloomooinstitute!” Teigen wrote in the caption, signing off with playful nicknames for each family member.
Legend’s birthday comes during a packed and festive holiday season for the family. Just days earlier, they celebrated Christmas together at home. On Dec. 20, the entire family also stepped out for a night at Disney on Ice at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, where they posed for photos with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.
Over the years, Teigen has made a tradition of honoring her EGOT-winning husband with heartfelt birthday tributes. For his 40th birthday in 2018, she praised him as “the best father, hardest worker, best lover, best friend I could ever imagine.”
Last year, she shared how Legend spent his 46th birthday putting family first. The day began with an early-morning outing with the kids in London and ended with a date night at The Devil Wears Prada musical.
