Her cowboy ex-boyfriend, Adan Banuelos, was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning in Texas for public intoxication, Page Six has confirmed.
According to reports, Banuelos was taken into custody and booked at the Parker County Jail in Weatherford, Texas. The good news for him? He didn’t stay long. He bonded out shortly after by paying a relatively small fee of $386.
Neither Banuelos nor the Parker County sheriff immediately responded to requests for comment, and TMZ was the first outlet to break the story.
Trouble After the Breakup
The arrest comes just days after Page Six confirmed that Banuelos and Hadid had officially called it quits after two years of dating. Sources say the relationship had been rocky for a while, describing it as on-again, off-again — and “tumultuous.”
Adding to the drama, the former couple reportedly share business ties. They’ve invested together in million-dollar horses, which makes the breakup far more complicated than a typical celebrity split.
Signs Were There for Months
Whispers of trouble started back in June 2025, but things appeared to smooth over later in the year. In October, Banuelos even posted a heartfelt anniversary message on Instagram, calling their relationship “pure and beautiful” despite the “chaos and ugliness.”
“I’ll keep reminding you every day just how much,” he wrote at the time.
Hadid was also spotted supporting him at one of his events in early December, though the two were noticeably not photographed together.
By the end of the month, however, sources were once again telling Page Six that the couple — who first started dating in fall 2023 — were done for good.
Moving On Solo
The final clue? Hadid spent the holidays in Aspen surrounded by friends — and Banuelos was nowhere in sight.
Between a complicated breakup, shared business ventures, and now an arrest making headlines, it’s clear this split hasn’t been a clean one.
