Streamer Neo Booked Into L.A. County Jail After Montana Arrest on Felony Warrant

Neo, a popular online streamer and a friend of singer D4vd, has been booked into the Los Angeles County Jail following his arrest in Montana on a felony warrant for failing to appear as a witness.

According to online jail records, Neo was booked at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Friday and is being held on $60,000 bail. The charge is listed as a felony.

Law enforcement sources confirm Neo was taken into custody Thursday in Helena after authorities executed a warrant issued by the Los Angeles Police Department. After making a court appearance before a judge earlier Friday, Neo was transferred to California and transported to Los Angeles.

The arrest comes amid an ongoing grand jury investigation in Los Angeles examining the death of Celeste Rivas, which has been underway since at least November. Multiple witnesses have already testified in the case. At this time, it remains unclear whether Neo’s arrest is directly related to the investigation.

As previously reported, authorities believe D4vd is likely to be charged in connection with Rivas’ death after her decomposing body was discovered inside a Tesla in September near a rental property in the Hollywood Hills. In November, LAPD homicide detectives also identified a second suspect who may have been involved “before, during, and after” the teen’s death.

The grand jury investigation remains ongoing, and no additional charges have been publicly announced.
