The longtime partners were spotted together at a glamorous New Year’s Eve party hosted by Kate Hudson and her brother Cade Hudson in Aspen, Colorado. According to an eyewitness who spoke exclusively to Page Six, the two were “very obviously together” throughout the night.
“They were really enjoying one another’s company,” the source said. “They had their arms around each other and were very touchy and warm all night. If you didn’t know they had split up, you would think they were still happily married.”
The event was packed with celebrities, including Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell, Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid, Anya Taylor-Joy, Elon Musk, Lewis Hamilton, Rachel Zoe, Shawn White and more. Despite the star-studded crowd, Richards and Umansky reportedly stayed close to each other the entire evening.
Their public closeness comes just days after the pair reunited in Aspen on December 24 to spend the holidays with their four daughters: Farrah, Alexia, Sophia and Portia. During the family trip, Sophia shared a TikTok video showing her parents sitting on the floor, watching a movie and eating popcorn together. The sweet moment sparked thousands of comments from fans hoping the two would reconcile.
Richards and Umansky’s apparent chemistry also follows recent headlines about Umansky being photographed with younger women. In November, he was seen cozying up to “FBoy Island” alum Celisa “CJ” Franco, a situation he later admitted caused tension during Thanksgiving dinner with his family.
“That story came out during Thanksgiving dinner, which kind of sucked,” Umansky told Page Six in December. He insisted that he and Franco are just friends, saying the photos made things look more intimate than they really were.
Since confirming their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage, Umansky has also been linked to actress Nikita Kahn and model Klaudia K. Richards, meanwhile, confirmed on a December episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that she had dated someone after the split but is now single.
