The exchange happened in the comments section of an Instagram post by Michael Rubin, the CEO of Fanatics. Rubin shared a clip from Jenner’s appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she surprised Tom Brady with a FaceTime call and picked a Super Bowl winner as part of a sports betting segment.
Booker jumped into the comments, jokingly telling Jenner, “I bet a million the Seahawks get that ring before you do,” a clear reference to marriage. Jenner fired back by choosing the “underdog” New England Patriots to win Super Bowl LX and asked Booker, “🙄 how’s the ankle?”
Booker, who plays for the Phoenix Suns, replied with a flirty “come rub it,” turning the exchange more personal. The comment referred to Booker’s recent ankle sprain suffered during a loss to the Atlanta Hawks, an injury expected to sideline him for about a week.
The two previously dated on and off between 2020 and 2022 and have never been married. While Booker has never won a Super Bowl — he has, however, earned Olympic gold medals with USA Basketball — the playful tone suggested there’s no bad blood between the former couple.
The timing also stood out. Jenner has been heavily promoting Fanatics Sportsbook, including a new commercial that jokes about the so-called “Kardashian Curse.” Shortly after the ad dropped, Booker posted a photo of himself posing with a classic SS Chevy, which fans saw as a subtle response to Jenner’s ad featuring a vintage car.
Despite their breakup years ago, the public interaction shows that Booker and Jenner remain friendly — and still willing to flirt — right in front of millions of followers.
