According to Page Six the former “Vanderpump Rules” couple has reached a settlement in their case involving the sale of their Valley Village property. Madix filed a notice of settlement in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, signaling that both sides have agreed to resolve the matter.
According to court documents, the dismissal is currently conditional, meaning the agreement depends on both parties fulfilling specific terms within 30 days. The exes are scheduled to return to court on Feb. 5 for a final status conference. If Sandoval fails to meet the agreed-upon conditions, the case could still proceed to trial on Feb. 17.
The legal battle began in January 2024, when Madix, 40, sued Sandoval, 42, in an effort to force the sale of the home they purchased together in February 2019 for $2 million. At the time, Madix requested an “equitable allocation of the proceeds” from the sale of the Valley Village house, located in the San Fernando Valley.
Sandoval, however, pushed back, saying he wanted to keep the property. He claimed he offered Madix $3.1 million in cash to buy out her share, alleging she turned it down for what he described as “petty” reasons.
The dispute over the house was the final unresolved chapter following the couple’s explosive split in March 2023. Madix ended their decade-long relationship after it was revealed that Sandoval had been carrying on a months-long affair with their then–co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss — a scandal that sent shockwaves through the Bravo fandom.
Despite the breakup, the exes continued living under the same roof for about two months, carefully avoiding each other until Madix moved out in May 2023. She later started fresh, purchasing a $1.6 million home in the Hollywood Hills in March 2024.
Madix has since moved on personally as well, beginning a relationship with fitness trainer Daniel Wai shortly after the split. The two currently maintain a long-distance relationship, with Wai based in New York City.
Sandoval has also entered a new chapter. In November 2024, he moved in with his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson.
With the settlement now in place, it appears both Madix and Sandoval are finally ready to fully close the door on one of reality TV’s most dramatic breakups — and move forward separately, both legally and personally.
