Prince William and Kate Middleton Step Out With Their Kids for Christmas Day Church Service

Prince William and Kate Middleton marked Christmas Day with a traditional family outing, attending a church service with their three children in England.

The Prince and Princess of Wales were joined by Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7, as they arrived at St. Mary Magdalene Church on Thursday. The children were bundled up for the winter weather, with Charlotte wearing a tan dress paired with brown tights and ballet flats, while George and Louis both wore smart suits.

Kate kept things classic in a plaid coat and brown boots, while William stayed warm with a thick scarf wrapped around his neck.

The appearance comes just weeks after the children were last seen in public at the annual Together at Christmas carol service in early December. At that event, Charlotte wore a blue dress, and her brothers coordinated in blue suits alongside their father. The kids also added a personal touch by placing their names on a red paper chain wrapped around the Christmas tree outside the abbey. Kate turned heads that evening in a green coat dress.

Last week, the Prince and Princess of Wales, both 43, shared their official family holiday card on Instagram. “Wishing everyone a very Happy Christmas,” they wrote alongside a new outdoor photo taken by Josh Shinner in April, showing George, Charlotte, and Louis sitting closely with their parents on the grass.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry also shared a festive family moment the same day. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex posted their own Christmas photo featuring their children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4. “Happy Holidays! From our family to yours,” Meghan, 44, wrote.

According to recent reports, Harry, 41, and Meghan will spend Christmas at home in Montecito, California, rather than traveling to the UK. The couple is expected to ring in the New Year with a trip abroad alongside friends.

With both royal households sharing warm family moments, it was a Christmas filled with tradition, togetherness, and seasonal cheer on both sides of the Atlantic.
