Cruz Beckham Shuts Down Rumors of Family Feud, Calls Claims “Not True”

Cruz Beckham is speaking out after rumors spread online about a supposed rift inside the Beckham family.

Speculation began when reports claimed that David and Victoria Beckham had unfollowed their eldest son, Brooklyn, on social media. The rumors gained traction after an article suggested tension between the famous parents and their son. Cruz, however, says those claims are completely false.

In an Instagram story, Cruz directly addressed the reports and accused the publication of spreading misinformation. He shared a screenshot of the article and made it clear that his parents did not unfollow Brooklyn. According to Cruz, it was actually Brooklyn who blocked him and their parents.

“NOT TRUE,” Cruz wrote. “My mum and dad would never unfollow their son. Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.”

While the Beckham family has long been seen as close-knit, rumors of tension are not new. In the past, sources have suggested that friction may have started around Brooklyn’s wedding to Nicola Peltz in April 2022.

According to earlier reports, a moment during the wedding reception may have caused confusion and hurt feelings. The couple reportedly believed their first dance would be a special moment for them, but singer Marc Anthony instead invited Victoria Beckham onto the stage and praised her in front of guests. The unexpected spotlight on the groom’s mother allegedly shocked Brooklyn and upset Nicola, who was said to have left the room in tears.

From the outside, the situation appeared to be a misunderstanding that grew much bigger than it needed to be. For many brides, a disrupted first dance could easily feel devastating on such an important day.

That said, it’s important to note that none of this has been confirmed. Both Brooklyn and Nicola have previously denied any serious drama. In interviews after the wedding, Nicola described David and Victoria as “great in-laws,” and Brooklyn echoed that sentiment. He also pushed back against rumors, saying the media often exaggerates stories about his family without properly checking facts.

Cruz’s recent statement adds to that message. For now, the family appears focused on correcting false narratives rather than fueling more speculation.
