Hailey Bieber’s Sister Alaia Baldwin Aronow Charged After 2024 Arrest, Faces Possible Jail Time

Alaia Baldwin Aronow, the sister of Hailey Bieber, has been officially charged in connection with her 2024 arrest in Georgia and could face jail time if convicted.

According to court documents filed on January 26, Georgia prosecutors charged Aronow with four misdemeanor offenses: simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass. The charges stem from an incident that allegedly took place on February 24, 2024, at Club Elan.

Prosecutors claim that Aronow intentionally caused physical harm to a woman identified as Jacinto Hills by striking her in the genitals. They also allege that Aronow threw a used tampon at the woman, which forms the basis of the simple assault charge.

In addition, court documents state that Aronow pulled hair from the scalp of a man identified as Ian O’Neill during the incident. Prosecutors further allege that Aronow refused to leave the club after being told to exit by staff.

Aronow is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and Kennya Baldwin.

According to a police report cited by TMZ, the bar owner called law enforcement after a woman was allegedly attacking staff and refusing to leave. When police arrived, employees identified Aronow as the person involved. Two bouncers and a bartender told officers that Aronow became belligerent after being told she could not use an employees-only bathroom.

The bartender said Aronow asked for a few minutes to change her tampon and was allowed to do so. When the bartender later returned to the restroom, she claimed Aronow removed her tampon and threw it at her.

Police said video footage showed Aronow fighting and resisting as she was escorted out. The report states that the footage shows Aronow pulling O’Neill’s hair and hitting Hills in the genitals before security removed her from the club.

Aronow was arrested that night. She told police she was acting in self-defense and claimed she was forcefully removed from the venue. According to E!, she initially denied throwing the tampon but later admitted that she did.

The case showed little movement for more than a year, and it appeared Aronow may have entered a pre-trial diversion program. However, prosecutors have now moved forward, and an arraignment has been scheduled for April 23.

Under Georgia law, Aronow faces up to one year in jail if convicted on the battery charge.
