“90 Day Fiancé” Star Leida Margaretha Faces 24 Felony Charges in Wisconsin

90 Day Fiancé alum Leida Margaretha is facing serious legal trouble after the state of Wisconsin filed 24 felony charges against her, according to online court records.

Prosecutors allege Margaretha committed the offenses between November 2023 and March 2024. The charges include seven counts of bail jumping, six counts of wire fraud, 10 counts of forgery, and one count of theft involving $10,000 to $100,000 from a business.

Margaretha was previously arrested for bail jumping in 2025, but as of this reporting, she has not been arrested in connection with the newly filed charges. She is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing on February 18.

TMZ reports that it has reached out to Margaretha and the prosecuting attorney for comment, but no response has been received so far.

Previous Legal Issues

This is not Margaretha’s first encounter with the criminal justice system in Wisconsin. Court records show she was charged with two counts of identity theft in September 2025, followed by an additional bail jumping charge in July. In January of the previous year, she was also charged with mistreating animals, domestic abuse, and bail jumping.

Personal Life and Relationship Status

Margaretha is estranged from her husband, Eric Rosenbrook, whom she appeared alongside during her controversial run on 90 Day Fiancé. Their relationship was widely criticized by viewers for its volatility.

Last year, Margaretha filed for a legal separation from Rosenbrook but later asked the court to dismiss the petition. In July 2025, TMZ reported that Rosenbrook was arrested for allegedly slapping Margaretha while intoxicated. Rosenbrook later confirmed that the couple was no longer together.

Margaretha’s case remains ongoing, with further details expected to emerge following her upcoming court appearance.
